To be professional and up to top industry standards. Should the original purchaser require service to correct improper installation which has not been necessitated by improper cleaning or abuse. Carpetland will provide the service FREE.
These guarantees apply only to the original purchaser (non-transferrable) and this warranty does not cover materials, applies only to owner occupied residential installations, and do not include outdoor installations.
First Quality - Guaranteed
Carpetland sells first quality floorcovering, free of manufacturing defects. Should a claim develop that is determined as a manufacturer defect by the manufacturer, the floorcovering will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer as provided in the manufacturer's warranty.
Wearability - Guaranteed
With proper care and maintenance your floorcovering will provide years of pleasure. Your floorcovering should not exceed normal wear as defined by specific manufacturer's or fiber warranties. If your floorcoverings fails to live up to the wear standards in the manufacturer's or fiber warranties, the manufacturer or fiber company will make the appropriate adjustments as specified in the manufacturers or fiber companies warranty.
